Read moreThe holidays are coming soon, and it is time to curl up under a blanket, make a cup of hot chocolate and watch our favorite Christmas TV episodes. Here are six of them that will make you want to go decorate your Christmas tree (if you haven't already).
This is one of the funniest Christmas episodes of Friends (and of the whole show), so you should definitely put it on your watch-list for this December. In episode 10 of Season 7, Ross wants to introduce his half-Jewish son to Hanukkah, although he seems to be only interested in Santa Claus. This is a situation that will lead Ross to dress up as the holiday armadillo, while Chandler finds a Santa Claus costume and Joey decides to come as Superman.
At the beginning of this How I Met Your Mother episode, Barney learns that Robin might be pregnant. However, the doctor rapidly let them know that it was a false alarm. Later, when Robin gets some bad news, she decides to keep it to herself… This Christmas episode ends with a very emotional scene, as Ted surprises Robin by decorating the living room with lights that are dancing to the rhythm of AC/DC’s "Highway to Hell".
While New Girl has several Christmas (and Thanksgiving) episodes, we really love episode 11 of Season 2. In "Santa", Jess, Nick, Schmidt and Winston try to attend every party they've been invited to. But when Jess meets Sam at their first stop, she decides to avoid him for the rest of the evening. Meanwhile, Nick wonders if Angie is too "adventurous" for him after all.
It's Christmas at the Dunder Mifflin Paper Company and Michael decides to throw a big party! For this occasion, the staff holds a « Secret Santa » gift exchange between employees. But when Michael discovers what his gift is, he wants everyone to exchange theirs. Too bad for Jim who had chosen a special gift for Pam, and hopes that she will receive it...
As for Malcolm, episode 7 of Season 3 features the three brothers who, while arguing as always, end up breaking the Christmas decorations. Moving the already wrapped presents into the garage, Lois threatens to cancel the holiday, unless the boys can behave themselves until December 25th.
In this Christmas Special episode, BoJack Horseman is not in the mood to celebrate. But as Todd shows up at his house with a giant candy cane, he finally convinces him to watch an episode of Horsin' Around (BoJack’s 90s sitcom). BoJack's character spends his first Christmas with his three adopted children, and he has only one idea in mind: to make them see how much Christmas is a magical holiday.
