In an era dominated by audiovisual content, the role of producers extends far beyond mere entertainment. However, the audiovisual sector has never been confronted to so many changes so rapidly, and producers have to deal with an increasing number of responsibilities.
From meeting social and ethical responsibilities, such as diversity, inclusion and environmental sustainability, to coping with technological advancements, adapting to changes of audience preferences and to new industry dynamic, producers must be on constant evolution and adaptation. How do they cope with all of them while continuing to produce creative and diverse content?
