Bringing the World to Light Through TV Drama
In collaboration with C21MEDIA / DRAMA QUARTERLY Television drama is never far from the real world, whether viewers are tuning into gripping true crime series, a show that tackles an important social issue or an engaging biopic about a much loved figure. In this panel, we explore how these stories are identified and brought to screen, as well as considering how they are developed involving the real people involved and how far creative licence can be stretched when dramatising a true story for the screen.
