The fifth season of Vikings with Clive Standen will be rebroadcasted in full on Canal+ Series from Saturday, April 6th!
Created by Michael Hirst, the world-famous series is slowly approaching its conclusion with the end of the official broadcast of the fifth and penultimate season of the show on the American channel History, on January 31st.
As for the French broadcast, it is Canal+ Series which takes care every week to delight several millions of fans following fervently the adventures of the Lothbrok clan for a few years now.
As the legendary and charismatic Ragnar character (Travis Fimmel) has joined the Valhalla gates, the Lothbrok's quest for power will continue, emphasizing the rivalry between Ragnar's two sons.
Among them, we will find of course the warrior Rollo Lothbrok played by Clive Standen. The actor came to represent the Vikings series at the 55th edition of the Monte-Carlo Television Festival and attended the Golden Nymph Awards in 2015.
So from April 6, Canal+ Series will broadcast the 20 episodes of season 5 from 9:00 am to finish the marathon with the final season scheduled for April 9th.
As for the final season of the cult series, no information is yet unveiled to date even if season 6 is being already shot and should arrive on our screens by the end of 2019. But feel reassured since even after the series final, the universe of Vikings should continue to hold spellbound as a spin-off is already in negotiation with the french channel History !
