And several prestigious awards, including 47 Emmy Awards. If the series finale didn't reach fans expectations, Game of Thrones has earned its status of cult tv show.

And, understandably, since the show is ex-cel-lent.

This is Netflix's first big success to become this popular! The story of Eleven and the Upside Down captivated the masses worldwide.
