Adapted from a comic book of the same title, and produced by Robert Downey Jr. (yes, no kidding, Iron Man himself), this show is coming out on Netflix on June 4th. The main character is a boy, half human, half deer. He becomes friends with a lone man, and together, they embark on an extraordinary adventure on a dangerous planet, fallen into ruins after "The Great Crumble" ten years ago. This journey goes on for an eight-episode season.
Yet another show coming from Stephen King's universe! Lisey's Story is the adaptation of one of his novels, coming to you on AppleTV+ starting June 4th. This thriller follows Lisey Landon (played by Julianne Moore) two years after the passing of her husband, Scott Landon, a famous writer (played by Clive Owen). Lisey's long lost memories of her marriage resurface after a series of unsettling events. The cast also includes: Joan Allen (The Killing), Dane DeHann (Chronicle), Sung Kang (Power), Jennifer Jason Leigh (Ridgemont High) and Ron Cephas Jones (This Is Us).
After WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Marvel and Disney+ are launching a third TV series, but not just any series. Loki is finally getting his own show June 9th, on Disney+ ! In an alternate version, Loki will be part of the Time Variance Authority and will try to restore the timeline, highly disrupted since he became in possession the Tesseract. These upcoming six episodes will certainly be funny, and we can count on Tom Hiddleston for 100% of mischievousness and pure Loki twists.
This new French show is coming out on June 14th on Amazon Prime. The story takes place in the 1960's at the Voltaire high school, becoming co-ed for the first time. 11 young girls start attending this guy dominated school, a huge change that will for sure make some noise.
This spin-off of the movie Love, Simon is coming back for a second season June 18th on Disney+. A new episode will be released every Friday. Nothing seems easy for Victor since he just came out to his family and knows they will not react as wished. Fans can expect this second season to be more focused on firsts: relationships, sexual experiences, every other aspect of teenage life from the point of view of a gay character; something we rarely see on TV, said Brian Tanen, the showrunner.
Fans have been waiting for it, and it's finally here! The fourth season of the Spanish show is coming out on June 18th on Netflix. Las Encinas's students will have to deal with a new tragedy. If some characters are gone, others are coming to bring some fresh perspective in the relationships and add new plots and mysteries. Before this season, Netflix is releasing four special episodes from June 14th to June 17th, showing Nadia and Carla back.
